NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Commissioners of the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority for the ensuing year of 2018. That a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of Centennial Airport, where same is open for public inspection. That such proposed budget will be considered at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority to be held at 7800 South Peoria Street on December 14, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
Any interested elector of Arapahoe County or Douglas County may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto prior to the final adoption of the budget.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during a regular meeting which begins at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2017, the Board of Commissioners of the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority will hold a Public Hearing at which all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning amendments to the Centennial Airport’s Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities which will delete and revise definitions under PART 1; revise PART 2’s facility requirements; remove PART 3 Sections (13) thru (15); and revise PART 3 Sections (2), (2.5), and (5).
The hearing will be held in the Wright Brothers Room of the Control Tower/Administration Building located at 7800 South Peoria Street, Englewood Colorado at the above date and time.

Revisions to the Minimum Standards Report and Supporting Documents

Centennial Airport and Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority (ACPAA) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26. For Fiscal Year 2018 through 2020, the Airport has established an overall goal of 4.51% of the Federal financial assistance it will receive for improvements to the airport. The Airport estimates it will meet this goal through 0.32% race neutral means and 4.19% race conscious means. The proposed DBE goal and its rationale will be available for review between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Centennial Airport, 7800 South Peoria Street, Englewood, CO 80112.
Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:

Notice is hereby given that during a regular meeting which begins at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2017, the Board of Commissioners of the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority will hold a Public Hearing. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning two Applications Under Centennial Airport’s Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities from the following:
1. Constant Aviation, LLC to conduct Mobile Aircraft Maintenance as described under Part 3 Section (11); and

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Board of Commissioners of the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority will participate in a Study Session with the Arapahoe County Commissioners.
The meeting will be held at the Arapahoe County Administration Building in the West Hearing Room on the Lobby Level at 5334 S. Prince Street, Littleton, Colorado 80120.
The purpose of this Study Session is to discuss the FAA’s Metroplex air space redesign with FAA Regional Administrator KC Yanamura.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority (“Authority Board”) will conduct a Study Session in the Wright Brothers Room at the Control Tower/Administration Complex at 7800 S. Peoria Street, Englewood, Colorado from 2 to 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2015. This meeting is open to the public.
The sole purpose of this Study Session is to meet with members of the Centennial Airport Community Roundtable (“CACNR”) to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding, By-Laws, and Funding Structure documents that CACNR has been developing.
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Authority Board will follow this Study Session at 3 p.m.
