Operations Specialist

Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority - Centennial Airport

Starting Range: $23.59 – $27.00 per hour + excellent benefits after 60 days.

This is a full-time position for an Operations Specialist to perform a variety of technical, general operations, surveillance and enforcement duties associated with the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of Centennial Airport.  

A viable candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English; be able to communicate via radio transmission; and have the flexibility to work rotating shift work including nights and weekends. Requirements: A valid Colorado Driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major program of study in aviation management, airport administration, or airway science; and One-year airport related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
