Event Details
The 2025 Runway 5K is now sold out. Only individuals who have registered for the event will be allowed entry—spectators are not permitted.
Runners and walkers alike will cover the 5K course on a Runway and Taxiway at one of the busiest general aviation airports in the world in support of the Centennial Airport Foundation, our non-profit organization created to support the advancement of aviation through scholarships and awards.

- United Airlines Flight Simulator Experience: Take the controls and feel what it’s like to fly a commercial airliner in a professional-grade simulator.

A custom 2025 Runway 5K stainless steel cup set (of 2) + gift cards provided by The Perfect Landing Restaurant will be awarded to the top racers of each category below. In addition, The Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female runners will receive a custom wooden propeller.

All participants must cross the finish line by 10:30 a.m. in order to reopen the runway. A shuttle will be available for those needing assistance back.
Strictly service dogs only will be allowed. Due to the airport environment, all service dogs must be on a leash at all times.
There are no refunds for this event. Proceeds will go to the Centennial Airport Foundation.
Children 3 and under can enter without registration if accompanied by a registered guest. Strollers are permitted.
A photographer will be on site and taking pictures of participants. A link to view photos will be provided soon after the race.

No. All attendees of the event, including those who do not plan to run or walk the 5K course, are required to register for the event.
Race t-shirts will only be handed out during advanced packet pickup, and at the 5k event. Medals will only be handed out at the 5k event. If you registered for the race but don't show up to advanced packet pickup or the 5k event itself, you will not receive the race t-shirt or medal.
