Public Tour Guidelines
- You MUST complete the form below to attend a public tour. No walk-ins.
- Public Tours are held once a month at 10am for the remainder of 2024.
- Maximum tour group size is 13 persons. Tours are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Tours may be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to weather or operational conditions.
- Public tours are approx. 1-hour, including a brief presentation at our Admin Building, followed by a bus tour around the airport.
- The Airport bus is not wheelchair accessible. All persons attending tour must have ability to board bus without assistance.
Group Tours
To request a group tour, contact us below with potential dates and times, total number of participants, and a brief description of the tour type (ex. 12th Grade Field Trip, Lions Club Group, etc.).
Due to staff availability and the limited seating capacity of our airport tour bus (13 seats), we cap large group tours at 26 people. However, if your group exceeds 26, we may be able to accommodate more participants if you provide transportation (i.e., a charter van or charter bus) that seats at least half of the total number of participants.
Please note, the airport cannot guarantee that tour requests will be granted. Requests will be considered based on staff availability, other scheduled events, etc.
